Sweep the Sea

The sea is one of the most valuable assets we have. It was long considered an inexhaustible source from which to draw without criteria and rules, sometimes causing irreversible damage.

Fortunately, much can still be done to protect and, where possible, restore marine ecosystems.
'Take the tank and sweep' has the dual purpose of providing an effective service, cleaning coastal waters and beaches (with the consequent preservation of the ecosystem) and to raise citizen's awareness for the protection of the coast and the seabed.

Over the years, there have been so many "cleared" areas throughout Italy; seabed and beach cleaning days, which are characterized by the participation of many volunteers (up to 70 divers and an equal number of non-diving volunteers working at the same time!) and received notable media attention (both printed and on TV), to the great satisfaction of the sponsoring institutions.

'Take the Tank and Sweep' has become a brand known by the institutions and renowned for the success of the organized cleaning days, the reliability and accuracy of the organization, and the consistency of the project.
