First level

The first level introduces you to the fundamental techniques of free diving, in order to let you experience your first dives into the blue.

In this course, held in classroom, swimming pool and in open water too, you will:

• learn the physiology of the human body and the effects of water pressure
• analyse all possible risks of free diving in order to prevent them
• know how to chose your own equipment and how to use it
• learn many techniques such as breathing correctly, using fins, frog swimming, upside-down turns and others

Either you are a novice or self-experienced free diver, during this course you will improve your performances and fell a great sense of well-being.

  • - 15 years old (10 for 1° Level Junior);
  • - medical certificate;
  • - familiarity with water ambience;
  • - If under 18, parent’s written authorization
Course program
  • - 8 academic sessions ;
  • - 13 pool sessions ;
  • - 6 Open Water sessions .

Second level

The course is focused on improving your techniques and getting to a higher level of performance.
Theory classes include deep knowledge of topics that have been only highlighted in the first level. Breathing, meditation, swimming pool techniques and open water skills will bring you to the next level.

  • - Free Diving 1 ° level ISDA (or Junior) ;
  • - If under 18, parent’s written authorization
Course program
  • - 3 academic sessions ;
  • - 10 pool sessions;
  • - 8 open water sessions.

Third level

This course is created for those who are looking for high levels of performance and want to participate in competitions.

  • - 2° Level Freedive ISDA;
  • - BLS-D and Oxygen First Aid ISDA certification.
  • - If under 18, parent’s written authorization.

  • - 3 academic sessions;
  • - 5 pool sessions;
  • - 4 open water sessions;
